Your Ontrak™ dashboard lets you quickly produce quotes and email them directly to your customer. Fast access to Vendors, Master Quotes, Inventory level, and Item Managers with 1-click.

Recent Items

The dashboard keeps track of recent activity and displays the last 5 Customers, Quotes, Sales Orders, and Vendors.

Customer Summary

The Customer Summary screen is the ultimate dashboard. Everything you want to know about a customer is available from here.

Quote Notes

You can add notes to a quote. Notes appear when you mouseover each quote to help identify exactly which quote you want to view.

Sample Quote

View a Sample Quote generated from Ontrak™. This is the quote that your customer will recieve.

Vendor Rebates

Vendor Rebates are easy with Ontrak™. Setup the items for each customer and rebate reports can be generated with the click of the mouse (Sanitary Supplies version).

Recurring Sales Orders

Recurring Sales Orders and Purchase Orders are made simple with the Ontrak™ system. Setup recurring shipments to your customer and even allow them to release and view the order via the Internet.
